I’m 58 years old and just retired. Used to live on the east coast and thought it might be an adventure to walk in the forests that I enjoyed growing up. I’ve never backpacked for more than 3 nights and so I imagine this could be a bit of a stretch for me. My primary goal is to get to Roanoke, Virginia by May 12 (500+ miles)
