I’m discovering my botany identification skills are not what I thought they were! So no help from me. But I continue to be astounded by the beauty all around you. I am grateful for your continued efforts to show us the big vistas, as well as the smaller things which many people overlook. I don’t envy the heat and humidity you must be experiencing today. I’m wishing for better weather so you get a much deserved reprieve.

Junco- stay cool as you can. Trying to id some of the plants/flowers: Here are my thoughts- The pink flower is a type of wild geranium, red berries- honeysuckle; yellow flowers- St. Johnswort. The green stalks are the fruiting bodies of Staghorn Clubmoss. That’s all I got. Keep on keeping on.

Hi – your photos (as always) are wonderful. The 1st (pinkish) flower looks like a variety of wild geranium, or “cranesbill”. Safe traveling!
